We are now looking for a Customer Support Specialist who wants to become a key player in our client's team!

In this role, you will work closely with both customers and sales representatives, ensuring smooth and competitive offers, handling technical and pricing inquiries, and ensuring that bids and orders are created and delivered on time. Your contribution fosters a positive customer relationship throughout the sales process.

You will primarily communicate with customers via phone and email, but also participate in customer visits alongside our sales representatives. Additionally, you will play an important role in developing and improving our workflows and processes.

• Experience in a similar role, where you have worked with customer support, sales, or order management.
• Broad technical knowledge and a strong interest in technology.
• You express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• You drive your customer cases from quote to delivery with high engagement.

• Experience working in a support function.
• A post-secondary technical education.
• Understanding of handling technical and pricing inquiries and bids.
• Experience working in a role where you have closely collaborated with sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.

You are structured and solution-oriented, allowing you to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a strong focus on achieving your goals. As a team player, you collaborate effectively with your colleagues and contribute to creating a positive and supportive work environment. Additionally, you are service-oriented and actively work to create and maintain long-term customer relationships by delivering high service and engagement.
